No. Traditional waist beads do not stretch, which is part of what makes them a helpful body awareness tool.
Sometimes waist beads fall off for simple physical reasons like tension, wear, or snagging. It does not automatically mean anything bad.
Yes. Private group appointments are available on Sundays anytime or Saturdays after 3 PM, based on availability. A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the time.
